One minute is the lightning round. Use this free 1 minute bomb timer for flash-card sprints, lining up before recess, speed-tidying one table, or any moment when the instruction is simply: go fast. The fuse is short, the drama is big, and sixty seconds suddenly matters.
Teachers love one-minute rounds because they reset attention without eating the lesson. Try three quick rounds in a row: kids answer as many math facts as they can, swap papers, and race the fuse again. At home it makes a great toothbrushing or shoes-on countdown.
Playing party games? The Minute to Win It timer starts every round at exactly 60 seconds. Moving the class between activities? The transition timer gives a friendlier two-minute window. You can also nudge any timer with the +30s button or set a custom time.
Working with a longer block of time? The 1 hour bomb timer gives you the full sixty minutes with the same cartoon fuse.
Teaching a class? The classroom timer runs the same bombs on the smartboard, with no ads on the page.
